Convert Kelvin

Kelvin is a unit of measurement of thermodynamic temperature. The definition for kelvin is the following:
0 Kelvin is the temperature of a substance at absolute zero.
The kelvin is the SI base unit of measurement of temperature. The Kelvin scale is a thermodynamic (absolute) temperature scale referenced to absolute zero, the absence of all thermal energy. Therefore, the temperature of a substance at absolute zero is zero kelvin.

Unlike the rest of the units of measurement of temperature (such as Celsius, Fahrenheit and Deslile) the kelvin is not referred to as a "degree" and is not prefixed with the degree symbol; it is instead used as Kelvin or K instead of degrees Kelvin, or °K.
The symbol for kelvin is K
Kelvin is one of the base SI units.
